Wild Kitchen now on SBS

Brilliant to see the ABC series Wild Kitchen, which I edited 12 years ago, getting a second life on SBS. Indigenous chef Clayton Donovan’s charisma still shines, his indigenous-inspired dishes are as original as ever, and sustainable farming is still the way forward.
